This Privacy Policy explains how The Good Studio LLC (Wyoming) and Strategic Database Systems (Delaware) (together, “Right Size Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit our website and use our free tools (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact details you choose to give us, such as your email address (and your state, if you provide it) when you ask us to send a downloadable resource.
• Tool inputs you enter, such as your facility-level numbers (for example, bed counts, occupancy, monthly rate, length of stay) and your answers to process questions. These are business and process figures, not information about any individual.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and general activity, collected through cookies and similar technologies and through analytics providers (Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics).

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or knowingly collect any resident, patient, or protected health information (PHI). The tools are about your processes and facility-level numbers only. Please do not submit resident or health information through the Services.

2. How we use information

• to provide the tools and generate your results;
• to send you the downloadable resource you requested and occasional, related educational emails;
• to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and understand how they are used; and
• to comply with the law and protect our rights.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including:

• Hosting and analytics: Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Google Analytics;
• Database: Supabase (stores the email and figures you submit);
• Email and automation: n8n and Google / Gmail (to deliver the materials you requested and follow-up emails);
• AI processing: Anthropic, which processes the figures you enter to generate plain- English explanations. We do not send your email address for this purpose.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

5. Email choices

If you give us your email, you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us. We will still send you the resource you requested.

6. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to provide the Services, send the materials you requested, and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and certain other states have these rights. We do not sell personal information. 8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Where we operate

The Services are operated from the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and changes are effective when posted.
